Can I receive a consultation over the phone? How does that work?

Yes. Your test results will be sent via email. If your results come back negative, they will be available for immediate viewing. If your results come back positive, they will be reviewed by you and a doctor during a scheduled phone appointment. The doctor will then explain your results and inform you of your treatment options. During this consultation be sure to have your own questions in mind. Think about specific medications that may be involved and how they might affect you. Find out how long you need be sexually inactive to allow the medication to set into your system.

What if I need a prescription, will the doctor be able to write one for me?

Yes. The doctor on staff can write you a prescription for the treatment of certain STDs. The doctor will base this decision on a range of many different factors. The doctor also holds sole discretion over writing the prescription.
